Bibliography

I spoke at an internal Microsoft conference last week about why user experience matters. I promised a list of where to read more about user experience. I’ve finally fulfilled my promise for a bibliography–I created a Listmania starter list on Amazon. You can read the list here.

  1. Good list.. Can you rank them or prioritize? ? I have read a few of these before but not all.. Unfortunately, it would take me months to read all.. what are your favorites ?

  2. Hey man,
I agree with your list. I have most of them. You might want to check out Making Meaning, a new book about customer experience.

  3. jaimer,
    I’d start with 3:
Design of Everyday Things (Norman); Don’t Make Me Think (Krug); UI Design for Developers (Spolsky). Then maybe Inmates…(Cooper)
    That’s a good start.
    David,
that book looks interesting–I’ll have to check it out.
